We offer a remote support package for your
network system. By installing a small piece of non-intrusive
software onto each piece of equipment, we are able to
monitor each PC or Server from our base and fix common
problems without the need to visit your premises - leaving
you to get on with your work. Problems such as driver
faults, missing updates, slow-running computers can often be
tackled automatically - we can usually identify
hardware that is about to fail and advise accordingly. We
can identify software that may cause a problem - we can even
take over your PC whilst you watch (only with your
permission) to carry out maintenance
if necessary. This provides a more stable and reliable
system and reduces overall costs. Call-outs, when necessary
are currently priced at £45 per hour ex VAT (compare with BT
at £125) within 5 miles Elgin.
The example above is not exhaustive - some
items may not be required - likewise, you may need
additional equipment depending on business processes.
Pricing may differ considerably, depending on factors such
as availability of equipment, supplier price changes etc.
