Digital Business Support can install, maintain and repair
computer systems, from individual PCs to large networks. We're a
Microsoft Small Business Specialist, qualified for 2007, so we
can particularly help SMEs to ensure they achieve effective
performance from their systems. Ask us for a Small Business
Analysis session, we'll call out to your business and discuss
with you practical measures on how to match your IT investment
to productivity. Installations may qualify for attractive rates
on finance from Microsoft.
Need to ensure your systems stay
up-and-running ? Why not take a remote support package which
will enable us to log in to your PC or server (with your
permission) and check for faults, optimise configuration, update
crucial software and hardware components, and help identify
possible hardware failures - before they happen. Service depends
on a satisfactory broadband network connection. Packages on a
per-PC and per-Server basis, starting from £10 per PC and £45 per
server, ex VAT.
Call-outs available within the North of Scotland
on a time basis at £45 for the first hour (travel
time as charged at same rate) and £15 per subsequent half-hour or part.
PC Clinic
Our drop-in PC Clinic is now open daily
Monday to Saturday at our base in Elgin, Moray. We now have a
full-time technician to cope with the demand for service.
If your system is giving you
trouble, perhaps running slowly or you suspect that it has a
virus, why not pop it in for a check-up? We can also advise on
potential upgrades for your system.
Systems are usually returned the
same day and we operate a no-fix, no-fee arrangement.

Hardware repairs to laptops may
take several weeks to complete, depending on availability or
parts. We reserve the right to refuse to work on any machine. We do not accept PCs for repair that run unlicensed versions of
Microsoft software.
We also build new systems to your
own specification. Buying from us means that your PC is quickly
and easily repaired, should anything go wrong within the
warranty period. We use top components that are easy to upgrade,
should the time come when you want a faster machine or perhaps a
new DVD writer fitted.
