Charged at £450 for 10 hours of on-site
support. Support is typically Next-Business-Day (NBD) but
usually same-day. Allocated in whole hours.

Payment online for any of the above does not
constitute a contract and we reserve the right not to proceed with
an order, in which case any funds paid by you will be refunded
