Maintenance is normally carried out in the background without interruption. Does not include call-outs for on-site work

Charged at £450 for 10 hours of on-site support. Support is typically Next-Business-Day (NBD) but usually same-day. Allocated in whole hours.

travelling time is charged in addition to on-site time.

Monthly fee per PC starts at £30 and £60 per server
